value and quality to our clients. Our in-house embroidery
services allow our clients to add a quick personal touch to
any order.
Embroidery Requirements
Embroidery artwork must first be “digitized,”
which is the specialized process of converting two-dimensional
artwork into stitches or thread. If you already have a digitized
version of your logo (.dst file format) then your file is
ready for the embroidery process. However, if you do not have
a file in this format then we will convert your artwork into
a digitized file. It is crucial that we receive quality files
for digitizing because the final product is only as good as
the original artwork. For this reason, we list our requirements
for submitting artwork below.
- File Formats
To assure quality imprinting in a timely manner, please
submit camera-ready, color separated artwork in EPS format.
TIFF file are also accepted, but may incur additional costs.
- Fonts
Please convert all fonts to outlines (or curves) prior to
being sent. Additionally, all fonts should be included with
your artwork.
- File Sizes
All files must be a minimum of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch).
This will usually be a very large file. Please do not send
an image found on a webpage, there is a 98% chance that
it is too small for use in printing. Please make sure you
contact the designer of the image for the original large
version of the image.
- Spot Colors
If spot colors are not submitted with your artwork, we will
try to match colors as close as possible. However, to ensure
accuracy, please include all spot colors with your artwork.
