Our inventory system is dynamic and real-time. All facets and features of the system are viewable online and reportable. The CFG inventory system inherently forces physical counts. It assumes perfection in the handling of received warehoused materials and therefore demands a high level of discipline in all phases of the operation.

The inventory is received and maintained by carton and carton quantity. Each day’s activity generates stock reports that represent how many cartons are to be pulled from a warehouse location for use in pick, pack and kitting areas. In addition, the forward positions are resupplied as each day’s orders are processed.
