Personalization
We hand assemble binders, press kits, trade show folders and premium items, just as you would assemble them at your desk. Business cards are placed inside the pocket folder slits, not thrown in an envelope. We do it as part of the Pick and Pack function so that you do not have to incur additional kitting costs.

Order Processing
Capital Fulfillment Group’s operating standard is “Same Day” fulfillment for all orders received before 6:00 pm EST. Any order received by this time is shipped the same day. We have a 99.3% efficiency rating meeting this standard and have done so since June 1, 2000.

CFG’s Manifest System is programmed with rates that represent the ‘least cost,’ based upon weight, time and destination. In addition, because CFGWeb is fully integrated with major carriers, a tracking number and cost is immediately associated with your order once it has left our facility.
