Waddell & Reed, Inc. provides financial planning services to clients throughout the United States through its network of more than 2,300 financial advisors. Waddell & Reed, Inc. also serves as principal
underwriter and distributor to the Waddell & Reed Advisors Group of Mutual Funds, W&R Target Funds,
Inc. and Waddell & Reed InvestEd Portfolios, Inc. It is a subsidiary of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc.
(NYSE: WDR). The CFG Rewards Program allows companies to recruit, retain and reward their top producers, and to track the return on these efforts.
Through this arrangement, CFG will assist Waddell & Reed with maintaining current relationships and attracting new customers.
The CFG Rewards Program grew out of the need for Capital Fulfillment's customers to have a promotional program that is completely managed
and measurable. Utilizing CapitalDIRECT, CFG's online, real-time ordering system, the rewards program offers all of the tracking and reporting
features available on this system. Personalized gift cards are offered as part of the program, and can be given to top producers as a thank you
for a job well done.
