has decided to enter into agreement with CFG for fulfillment and marketing services. Allmerica Financial Corp. wil be changing its name to The Hanover Insurance Group Inc., rebranding
the company as a regional property and casualty insurer after disposing of its life insurance and variable annuity business in recent years. Over the next month, The Hanover Insurance Group
will begin to experience the benefits of CFG’s online system CFGWeb. The real-time system provides a comprehensive suite of ordering, tracking,
and reporting functions, and is completely Internet based. CapitalDIRECT also houses the electronic inventory for efulfillment and print on demand, which greatly reduces the cost of traditional
literature warehousing.
Capital Fulfillment Group will provide the new entity with services to compliment their fulfillment program, such as creative services, in-house direct mail, and promotional product procurement.
