Capital Fulfillment Group Named Rising Star in Deloitte s Technology Fast 50 Program for New England

Hingham, MA - August 23, 2004

Capital Fulfillment Group (CFG) has been named a Rising Star in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 program for New England. The Rising Star award is a special designation for fast-growth technology companies that have been in business just three or four years and is part of the New England Technology Fast 50 program, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology companies headquartered in the region. Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over three years (2001 to 2003). This year's New England Technology Fast 50 program is co-presented by Deloitte & Touche LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services firms, and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr.

Capital Fulfillment Group, a leading fulfillment and marketing provider for the financial service industry, utilizes state-of-the-art technology for their online fulfillment management system, CapitalDIRECT. This fully secure database provides real-time access to sales figures, order tracking, usage information, and extensive reporting capabilities. Capital Fulfillment Group's focus on technology and superior customer service has enabled rapid growth since their inception in 2000.

"The Deloitte New England Technology Fast 50 Rising Star companies have shown the strength, vision and temerity to succeed despite a very challenging technology environment," said Stephen DiPietro, Deloitte partner responsible for the New England Technology Fast 50 Program. "We applaud the successes of Capital Fulfillment Group and acknowledge their place as one of the few to accomplish such a fast growth rate over the past three years."

"When CFG was founded four years ago, our goal was to provide superior fulfillment and comprehensive technology for our clients", said Ric McConkey, President and CEO of Capital Fulfillment Group. "Today, we are honored to be recognized by Deloitte and Hale and Dorr for all of our efforts."

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50 Rising Star program, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2001 and $1,000,000 in 2003, must be public or private companies headquartered in North America, and be a "technology company" defined as owning proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues (using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify); and/or devoting a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology.

The New England Technology Fast 50 Program is co-sponsored by Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, and is supported by Mazonson, the American Stock Exchange and Mass High Tech.

Rising Star winners are automatically entered in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 program's Rising Star category. The Deloitte Technology Fast 500 program ranks North America's top 500 fastest growing technology companies based on revenue growth over five years (1999-2003). Its Rising Star ranking is based on revenue growth over three years (2001-2003). For more information on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 or Fast 500 programs, visit www.fast500.com.
