Capital Fulfillment Group (CFG) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Tony Neumeister to our management team. Tony brings over twenty years of business acumen to CFG and will manage CFG’s newly enhanced Client Services Group. Throughout his career, Tony has successfully developed and managed client service departments and has excelled at creating and implementing tools that measure customer service and customer satisfaction on a national and local level.
On Monday, October 2nd, CFG launched the new Client Solution Center. The main goal of this department is to provide real-time customer service, combining traditional service methods, such as dedicated phone and email lines, with new technologies such as live chat.
Later this month, CFG will unveil an online issue management tool, to better serve its 25,000 users across the US and abroad. Users will be able to input problems, issues, or concerns relating to inventory, digital print, order processing, or order transaction.
In early 2007, CFG will introduce ‘Live Solution Chat’ to the online user experience. ‘Live Solution Chat’ exemplifies CFG’s ongoing commitment to improving communication and response time, and will provide users with nearly instantaneous resolutions while they are logged into CFG’s fulfillment management system.
CFG’s commitment toward continued improvement does not end with communication. CFG remains committed to the enhancement of service levels, the online system experience, and the ability to anticipate client needs. Feedback Surveys will soon be introduced and distributed to users, randomly throughout the year. This method will ensure unsponsored, anonymous input, and will provide CFG with the most accurate measurement of its intended progress. These results will be monitored on a daily basis, allowing CFG to address processes and personnel, and adjust accordingly.
Heading into the new year, CFG has reaffirmed its client-focused commitment with the introduction of the Client Solution Center and the naming of Tony Neumeister as Client Services Manager.
