Under the terms of the agreement, CFG will deliver a comprehensive suite of fulfillment solutions including fulfillment, digital print and electronic content management, and compliance control services. CFG’s fully integrated, real time, web ordering system, CapitalDIRECT will enable Thornburg field representatives from around the country to order marketing collateral for distribution nationwide. In addition, CFG will provide inventory management, customized reporting capabilities, custom kit assembly, and same day order processing until 6pm EST.
Finally, CFG will provide Thornburg Investment Management with complementary services that include creative design services, in-house direct mail, and customized premium product embroidering and procurement.
